ATTENTION:

                                                                    

Visitors who do not demonstrate that they are either partially or fully vaccinated will not be able to enter a facility (excluding children under 12 years or those with an approved medical exemption);

  1. Visitors are required to show proof of vaccination (QR CODE and 1 piece of photo ID) prior to entry, including if only to pass through the facility to access an outdoor space
  2. Visitors must adhere to the following measures until they are confirmed as fully vaccinated:
    o Wear a medical mask for the duration of the visit
    o Undergo rapid testing at the point of entry to the facility
  3. Only designated visitor and one designated social visitor is allowed
  4. Visits must be book ahead of time

weekdays: 9:30 AM – 12:00 Noon and 1:00 – 5:00 PM

weekends and holidays: 9:30 AM – 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM – 4:30 PM

  • Residents of long-term care facilities are each allowed:

    • 1 designated visitor
    • 1 essential visitor (essential visits include visits for compassionate reasons, such as end-of-life care or those essentials to a resident’s care and mental well-being)

    All visitors are allowed at seniors’ assisted living facilities.
